Speaking at a press conference at Peshawar Press Club the Captain of KPK Makhrooran announced to the public that at the conclusion of the current season of CCL the veteran player will resign from the Captaincy of the team.

Answering a question regarding the reason of this shocking decision AP said. "It was an honor for me to lead the team of my Province. But now I feel it is the right time to pass on the responsibility to some deserving and younger leader. I will try to be around and if selected will offer my services as a player. I will do my best to help the new Captain if I play for KPK again."

Regarding whom he see as a potential Captain for KPK AP said. "In my honest opinion @Prince Pathan is experienced enough and he is a born leader. If it is up to me I will hand over the Captaincy to him without second thought. He played under me as a deputy and he is a very good team mate and a leader."

In the end he thanked all his team mates @Prince Pathan @Phenom @saiyan0321 @Omar @Don Quixote @Adil_94 and said it was an honor to lead them and share dressing room with these amazing guys. He also thanked the Chairman of CCL Mr. @Munna for giving him the opportunity for playing in the amazing tournament.

AP left Peshawar for Dubai to spend some time with his family and decide about his future in the game.

I blame the experience duo of @saiyan0321 and Jaani @Prince Pathan for not rising up to the occasion and win his kaptaan more games smh

No they contributed as much as they could. We were unlucky at crucial junctions to be honest.

And as AP sits here shedding a tear on his team's elimination, his deputy and captain-in-waiting @Prince Pathan jaani and Punjab's losing kaptaaan @Mohsin were seen dancing and partying together oblivious to their respective teams' insulting defeats and departure from the Edhi Cup

Sad to see you go AP. We prepared so much for every game but it was not to be.

SIM just wasn't reactive to what we wanted and in the end the team with high rated opening bowlers ended up doing better while our two flopped.

I shall take over and have you as my VC.

    Team Khyber is going nowhere

Cmon yaara. You were an amazing captain. You thought about mixing the keepers to give both omar and adil a fair chance at games and i think that was absolutely brilliant. You listened to ideas and analysis and you gave everyone a chance to explain their ideas and positions. It was extreme fun in playing with you. Infact i had already said that i wouldnt be active in this league but with with him as captain and all the team mates, i wanted to do the best i could and with 1700 posts in the convo and 42 pages, it was an absolute treat. You should stay and play and captain others so that they can learn what true and fair captaincy is like. A fine end for myself i would say :D :D :D

Lolzzz it was super fun bro. :D :D :D Its alot easier to reach that number when you have alot of people talking like @Don Quixote @Phenom @ASLI-PATHAN @Prince Pathan and when you give a chance to everyone to explain their position, well it was gonna happen :p :p

We reached 25+ before the first match lolzzz :p :p :p

    hahahahaha

    Impressive.

That proves it. The others realloy were saying just 'Bah Gawd' and it was all you. It reaches more numbers when you have conflicting ideas and are looking for new horizons.

    And it was awesome.

The hell i was. I was posting there. I did write a few long posts but it becomes easier when others are contributing.
I liked playing under him and wanted give the best i could. It was an activity that reminded me of my PPCL and Pakpassion days
