bowling yorkers for fun...
best thing is that he doesn't spray it
Cha gaya bhatti
1.23 wickets a match makes him a wicket taker. :lmao
Must say, I might be wrong about him. Still not completely impressed, but good job tonight
Way better than Wahab Johnson
wahab johnson :rofl
But Wahab is better na, ALbIe :shh
but you don't get the irony albie!! even average bowlers are better than wahab
good game today, the Yorkers totally surprised me... I was not expecting him to hit the Yorker at will like he did. Cant wait to see him bat now!
Good thinking bowler.. will be interesting to see how he bowls in Odis..
I think he is slightly better version of Cheema.. all new bowlers are impressive to start with, even Tanvir, Wahab etc also did well when they started their career.
Really impressed with him..really was generating some pace, I think his fastest was 146.5kph. I hope he is the bowling allrounder that Pak has been searching for.
Didn't pick up any wickets but still was the most impressive bowler on show today imo.
Bowls the bouncer with pretty good pace and his pace is only gonna go up as he plays more.
I don't think he is good enough to cut it at International Cricket!Bowling 10 overs is different ballgame!
So in two T20 games, where he actually bowled pretty well, you have decided that Bilawal is not international material?
At least be honest the only reason you are attacking Bhatti is because he replaced Riaz.
Yeap, I'll have whatever you're smoking man
Completely absurd comment this, what makes your "think" he is not good enough? How can we know for sure that he is not good enough to ball 10 overs? Guy has an average of 22 in FC cricket, certainly can bowl longER spells.
He's a impressive young choice, don't see him in one of the future 'top' but he has a lot of cricket ahead him, liked the way Pakistan gave another youngster a chance and he turns out a guy we may need.
Lovely slingy skiddy bowler, those yorkers and bouncers were class and hardly a bad ball throughout.
Masha'Allah seems a pretty good bowler. Hope he continues doing well.
Also some praise for Hafeez as a captain. To take a relatively unkown guy and give him confidence is a big thing. I liked the way he's gone about his t20 captaincy and tried out new players. He may not be a good test or odi player but his t20 skills and captaincy at times are pretty decent
When was 1/36 off 4 Overs good?
Apart from the last over of his spell he was impressive in that game. Considering the boundaries were small at Johannesburg and the outfield lightning fast, he bowled well. For a debut his first 3 overs were exciting to watch. He had some pace and was hurrying the batsmen, his bouncers were genuine effort balls and had the batsmen rushing. Today it was refreshing to see he learnt from his mistakes and bowled well throughout, very good bouncers and yorkers. The signs of someone who is using his brain.
Would like to see him with the bat but with the ball he has done very well so far.
He's a limited bowler as he just skids the ball and there is no movement. The ball skidding is the easiest for batsman thesedays as they can just hit through the line!I believe he's like an Ajit Agargar and will be teared apart in the ODI as there are more overs to bowl and there are less risks taken! He ain't no wicket-taking bowler so he will struggle!
Albie has some personal hatred towards bilawal, be proud bruv, hes a pakistani, his spell helped the team's cause, appreciate that for now.. U must be feeling bad about urself or wahab hence ur degrading bilawall..
Missed his spell
I think we can be very useful if he can bowl consistently like this in ODI's and then smack a few. We are yet to see his batting
ALbIe obviously is not feeling well because he's replaced wahab's "place" in the ODI lineup, most probably.
Lets just face the fact
Bilawal is not a long term solution , Because of his height. He will not be able to last long in International arena
May be 2-3 years and he will be sidelined. If he does not improve his batting drastically !
I don't get your point. How can his height effect his performances when he is generating very good pace and bounce? Do you know about a certain Malcolm Marshall?
He looks like a good T20 bowler, but we shouldn't judge him on that. Someone check his List A bowling average, it's above 27 I think.
We should persist with him in T20s as we desperately need some T20 pacers but he doesn't look like ODI material.
I don't think anyone has asked or requested for him to be put in ODI's just yet. Hammad Azam would be ahead of him for me in that regard as I feel Hammad has more to offer with the bat and that is something Pakistan is lacking more of in that format of the game.
For T/20's and the two games Mr Bhatti has played in he has done very well. I don't see why people are having a go at him? - He bowled 3 very good overs in the first game and was unlucky in his last, and then bowled very well in the second game. He was quicker onto the batsmen then they expected and for a shortish guy generated some pretty good bounce.
Look forward to see his batting side of things.
For his first two games, he did look pretty comfortable and I hope it will continue and his performances only get better, In-Sha-Allah.
No one is supposed to be complete package when they enter the international level, they all learn & keep on improving. So we must judge Bilawal on his talent rightnow, rest will come come to him if he is willing to keep on improving.
Bhatti has probably closed the Wahab chapter!
Limited and doesn't take wickets... I see
Inswinger check this :rofl
Let's hope he has
Gotta admit Albie has the eye for talent.
Lets hope he never makes it to the selection committee :rofl
Bhatti is like Agarkar….. :rofl :rofl
Bhatti is proving a lot of people wrong. The guy is truly talented as I said after I saw him for the first time.
All his wickets today were bowled. This is old Pakistani style of Wasim, Waqar & Shoaib.
Bhatti another yorker specialist, yes you heard it here first. Forget about Gul. This guy is the real deal lol
Most were full balls too. Proper Paki bowler of old. Bowls like Waqar (a bit of an exaggeration) and bats like Wasim
