I see, that's why I think Hafeez is a better captain. More attacking.

want to see how everyone does in the fitness test.. should do a bleep test and then post everyones scores lol
iAd there kiddo
GEO would make it national news.... Nasir Jamsheed leaving out on just below 4 beeps
They are doing a bleep test
thats what I mean, I know you cant embarrass people but we should make a bit of a thing of the top 3, give them some praise and also see where they compare with other international athletes and cricketers especially.
What do you expect them to get?
I would be guessing, but you must need to get 12 minimum as an international athlete?
People in my school got 13 lol
I got 9 at the age of 13 and I was over the moon, but 13 is just brilliant for a school kid.
Not me lol. I went as high as 8
yeah I know it wasn't you, or you would bragging all your life and put it as your signature! lol, Im joking.
Pakistaniboy got 15 IRRC
One guy in our class got up to 14 aswell.
I'm a Pakistani, I'm not fit like you guys :shrug
look all these ppl, I can call them athletes! I feel like I did rubbish now, I thought 9 was pretty good. aranoid
9 is very good, lol. I got 10 the last time I did it. :| That was the first hour of the school day though, didn't eat anything. :shh #Excuses
nope, u just sit and eat oily paratay and biriyani and stuff, u need to exercise man, it don't matter where ur from or who u are.
out of curiosity, what did u get in the bleep test? :thinking
p.s. we are Pakistanis too.
yeah or else u could have got 15-16 :lol
No, obviously not, lol, but maybe up to 11/12. :shh
Yeah.. Advantage of sports every day from the age of 6 regardless of weather..........
I got 4. :rofl
13-15 is average... i use to get 15 back when i was 15 years old, i would always have to pull out due to my asthama, my lungs are very weak... I remember i once got 17, as my asthama condition was quite better that day
Beep tests are quite fun. THough i use to feel abit pressure, because my goal was to be the last one running, because i remembered that the last few ones who are running in a beep test get alot recognisations and applauses
I came at 2 or 3 last i think(when i got 17), but sadly never last
My technique was simple, run slow in the begining, and then when you cross the 6th beep start running at the same speed as the person next to you
ahhh Good old days :shrug
The Pointless Talk Thread is leaking again..
Misbah has been quite strict here on fitness, hes the one who is saying that the squad should be announced after the fitness test is conducted.....
GOod luck to Harris Sohail!
I live in Pakistan :shrug. Highest ever is 8. Usually do 6
There was this sheedi at school who got around 15-16 I think.. basically he kept going long after everyone gave up, I got to 11 once but to be honest that was yonks ago lol
I said 12, because I read in an article that atleast in 2002 England used level 12 as a gauge for match fitness, if you didnt get that you couldnt play, so thats a good minimum level from which we should improve... I'm mainly thinking about getting unfit guys like jamshed, shehzad etc upto an accceptable level opposed to getting a couple of the young guys getting to level 21 or whatever it goes to
My school said 4 was average so I just gave up. :lol
