Requires little description as to what an egg (anda) actually is. As the title says, how do you like your eggs in the morning or whichever time of the day you eat them? Boiled, fried, scrambled or simply kachay? Or maybe you don't like eggs, which is absolutely normal.

I'm a fan of boiled eggs on toast but do not really prefer the yolk even though I can eat it if required. Egg omelettes can be great too only if cooked properly (not burnt) with a good percentage of tomatoes and onions. How do you prefer your eggs is the question?

Poached, with the yolk not too runny but still a little runny when it's cut into (so you cut into it, and there's a mixture of slightly mushy solid yolk and runny yolk)...lovely!

Omelette with garlic infused mushrooms, green chillies or jalapenos, tomatoes...

Shredded mature cheddar cheese placed in the folded hot omelette, allowing it to melt.

Eat with sausages or turkey rashers, hash browns, baked beans..mmmm. Plus big mug of hot tea.

Boiled eggs remind me of my school days. There used to so much little time that boiled anda used to be the best option.

Not to mention, alot of rotten boiled eggs used to be found behind the dinner wagon at every half yearly house cleaning event in our home.

Passionate Pakistani eggs on the whole can be khatarnaak I think. My family doctor advised my brother (very young age) against eating eggs, I'm not sure why.

chandtara NO 1 AFRIDI FAN you mean salt sprinkled on top after boiling? What I do is I put the salt in the boiling water to make it easier to peel plus to absorb the taste.
