Nope, a SC name. Arabs rarely have the Uddin names, desi Muslims often do.

It's Farhan Baharuddin but cos of South Africa background, spelt differently a bit like Dutch may spell it. Similar to the Frenchman Zinedin Zidane (Zainuddin Zaidan)

India/Pakistan either. South Asian South Africans have mostly lived there since before Partition so it could be from anywhere in subcontinent, but I would probably guess somewhere like Lucknow maybe?
