Can Mickey, Inzamam and Sarfaraz come out in public and state why are these two stooges selected in the team? They appear to be requiring more coaching than 20 year olds who are trying their best to contribute to the team.

Very disappointed by the lack of authority shown by both Malik and Hafeez so far. You would expect them to be providing support to the skipper or leading from the front as role models. Instead, they are doing zilch and putting more pressure on the younger players to raise their game further.

Hafeez is still a decent player. No idea what Malik brings to the side.
Hafeez needs to bat at 6 to be effective

Shameless. They both should have retired by now.

I think Malik should’ve been the captain. And he should come two down.

Captain, because he is more sensible and shrewd than Sarfaraz.

Two down, because he is been playing mostly singles and doubles, to hold the innings together.

He is not a big hitter, so I don’t understand why is he placed at No 6?

His game is more suited at No 4.

Hafeez has always been a horrible mistake by PCB.
First, they made a blunder to select him in the national side, but what’s more atrocious is that they stuck with for 10/15 years and invested millions of dollars in him. I mean, even after he lost his bowling potency (after action correction), they still stuck with him.

    All for what?
An extremely ordinary player who should’ve been discarded for good after a first few international games of his career.

Experience of losing against the big boys. These guys have no experience of wining series. Malik only won in his early years because team we had was amazing.

Hafeez is slightly better but that's not an achievement.

Hafeez doesn't seem to be in great touch with the bat after returning to cricket

Malik is not a good player. I don't care which position his game suits. He's too scared to bat at 4. He knows he'll get exposed by good bowlers. Maybe against 4 spinners in Chennai but not here mate.

Thanks both for coming. Especially Malik. Wish you well in your tours and please enjoy the scenery while you are in England.

    Shambolic shite.

Poor dismissals today but Hafeez looked decent and Malik got a good ball. Having said that it's unbelievable these 2 played for as long as they did.

Hafeez got out on a full toss buddy. To a part time spinner. You'd expect the women's team to hit that out of the park.

I meant up until then lol. Its the same old we lack discipline and unless there is individual brilliance we don't win.

Can't believe we will lose the world cup because Malik wants to play a world cup. I'm sure everyone wants to play a world cup, I'd pick anyone ahead of Malik tbh.
