A procession in progress
NZ really got the good side of scheduling. First three easy games to build up the momentum. We got the worst because there's no benefit playing Afg, Ban at the end as most likely it would be pressure games due to NRR.
A matter of how big a win for England
BD sounds like is only trying its luck to increase NRR which is a good strategy. They will have no pressure to do well in this game knowing their limit. Eng is the ONLY team BD can not upset no matter what. They should get as many runs as possible, hope for future games being rained out (their and other teams) which would aid their points accumulation, and upset a few teams to sneak into SF.
5fer for Neesham lol
Bangla Boyz doing well. 149/2 after 26 overs.
Req rate is 15
A lone fight by shakib .. no support
Afghanistan 172 all out.
Another easy win for Kiwis
England win by 106 runs
I feel that one loss against WI is so huge that in the end it will haunt us. Because of that our NRR is still the worst.
Hopefully SA can do us a favour and Inn Shaa Allah beat WI. If England also beat them, then they are dealt with.
Our concern is our games...if we keep winning then NRR wont matter. Inn Shaa Allah if not win both games, we will win at least one of the Aus/india game.
We have already beaten one of the 'defo top 3' teams. Our next 2 games against the other 2 'defo top 3 teams' are vitally important now.
Our concern is NZ more than WI to be honest.
NZ on their way to another huge win.
NZ win by 7 wickets
Still cheering NZ. Pakistan must play solid cricket to go through. Luck will play it's part but Pakistan has to beat two, ideally three of India, Nz, SA, Australia and then defeat Afghanistan and Bangladesh, it's not easy but each team is looking weaker on the field then on paper and with our batting showing ability defo we can do well.
Everyone thinks NZ is favourites because they beat Afghanistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh (narrowly)
Lol wait till they play their next 6 games
