Not as big as Coke Studio but these guys are not that far off, pretty enthusiastic on the instruments but vocals are no way near original. Hopefully the show grows. Any watchers?

    A few songs:

this dude Xulfi whos been in many famous and successful Pak bands had these auditions and I think thousands and thousands of people came and he chose 18 and they re did all hit songs in different forms..go through them. Same place where awari (soch band) came form originally.

I like the way they turned EP's Hamesha from noise to a proper song. It had a good tune but too much shouting originally.

That's what it was meant to be. And that is what made EP great and the pioneer of Rock music in Pakistan.

Does that really appeal to anyone though? Unnecessary addition of English was quite boring too. I knew they were quite popular among girls because of Fawad Khan but you too...? :p

Still a good song though, love the drumming at the start as well.

Yeah I was reading the comments on YouTube and saw Linkin Park being mentioned. The songs are quite similar but can't exactly call it copied.

This appealed to whole Pakistan. There were huge and their album Irtiqa is still one of the best ever. It wasn't just about Fawad. Without Xulfi, Salman Albert, Ahmed Ali Butt and Waqar Ali it wouldn't have been possible. Once Xulfi left and joined his brother's band CALL, EP couldn't ever come back. They tried in 2009, but even Fawad couldn't keep it alive. Besides they moved on and had other stuff in life now.

My favourite songs being Rahguzar and Waqt from the album Irtiqa. Yar kya yad diladiya! Those were the golden days of Pakistani progressive Rock music.

After the days of Vital Signs and Junoon they got bands back into action. Through 'Pepsi: the battle of the bands' they made it huge. They were different and that appealed the youth of Pakistan. The base for Progressive Rock was laid.

Waqt is a good song too. The Nescafe Basement sort of ruined it though.

Absolutely in love with Bol Hu! Really love Mehbooba remake aswell. Nescafe basement just gets overshadowed by coke studio, it produces some quality stuff every season! Xulfi is very underrated.

Have been listening to it last couple of days... brilliantly done by Xulfi and Gohar

I have never liked Gohar's vocals but he has done a good job in whatever little he had to sing here.
