Ideally 4 players should not be there. Sarfaraz, Asad, Azhar & Imam. But out of the 4 I would keep one which is Azhar. 3 should never be part of any Pakistani Test team.

Azhar has 44 runs in this series. Sarfraz has 112 lmao. Midget has 121. Even Imam has 114.

In the long run his record is better than all of them. He is going through a bad patch. We can't afford the yaari of Sarfaraz- Feeqa anymore.

We can't afford any of them. Azhar is finished, so is Feeqa. Both are over 30 now.

I wonder who could replace 158 runs in 12 innings. Maybe we could get Amir to do it since he got more runs than Azhar?

As if these two are pulling any trees lmao

Koi ye hamare selectors ko bhi samjhao. Kohli is closing in on 30, and so are Pujara, Rahane and Sharmaji.

Thankfully Vijay, Rahul and Dhawan are finished at test level (hopefully).

PS: Misbah and Younis played till they were well over 40. Age is just a number.

they are affected by their input - its not a secret, its official that the chief selector takes into account feedback from captain and coach. however, its feedback. there's a reason why he is called CHIEF SELECTOR - the clue is in the name. it doesn't matter who has influence, inzi has the final decision and is entirely to blame as a consequence. if mickey and sarfraz are suggesting crap players, like imam for instance, its the chief selectors job to take the good suggestions and reject the bad ones.

Inzi has actually been good, from what he was given he made selections right or wrong gave everyone a chance and his selections have included Shadab, Fakhar, Faheem even youngsters who haven’t played are still in and around the set up, only a matter of time, Inzi is to be blamed for one selection and that is Imam.

Pak fans are very fickle they’ll jump up and down for one player, once he’s gets selected and as usual shows no quality they will leave you, once their player performs for a few days they are like that’s my boy, if you are honest you will admit Inzi has been perhaps our greatest chief selector and remember as a selector you can’t pick fantasy picks like some fans want. Those players who were not selected are still very much in the mix with Pakistani batting being so rubbish, Rizwan he has brought back now Mickey isn’t playing him. Pak fans saying drop Malik, drop Malik use your brains man for once. Saud Shakeel and Saad Ali were in A team was anyone stopping them from performing? Saud made two fifties and one forty whilst Saad made one big ton against an attack suited to NZ conditions and we all know NZ has top bowlers at Intl level but beyond that they don’t have good bowlers really even Wagner is nothing infront of Steyn and co.

The problem is no one is ever happy, before Pak fans were dying over Hammad Azam I mean wth? Now they are crying over Fawad and Sadaf, Sadaf the 120kph trundler and Fawad the sweeper what difference would Fawad had made here? Last time I saw him he was struggling to score against gully mohela Bangladesh bowlers, He’s probably at best only slightly better than Shafiq.

The formula is simple you perform and you will get selected, this guy is always talking about FC average hey but same problem Imran said I don’t know if you know but this is way before me, there were two guys Shafiq Papa not our Shafiq and Haroon Rasheed they were domestic bullies and Imran was like same them two again are top and he told em were go because he knew what they were, Pak system is like that unless you know more than Imran eh @godzilla.

First session is key for Pakistan. Must take remaining wickets asap to stand any chance in game.

Exactly, and Only Asad and Babar can save the match if they play innings of their lives. Asad needs to play a vital and key role here or he'd be sacked. A test batsman having average less than 40 is of no use at all.

Have Pakistani fast bowlers given up eating meat? Even Amir is trundling in the late 120s. Sarfraz is right when he criticizes the bowlers.
