Karachi Kings chased down the 134 target in the last over against Lahore Qalandars, in the fourth edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL) on Thursday, at Dubai International Stadium.

Liam Livingstone was the top scorer with 36 runs, however, it was Iftikhar Ahmed unbeaten knock of 33 that guide Kings to a much needed win against Lahore Qalandars.

Leggie Lamichhane caught to Munro on 15, as the batsman tried to play inside-out drive but went straight to the diving Haris Sohail at mid-off. The leggie struck back with a major wicket of Babar Azam, who got bowled on 11. Haris Rauf bowled Ingram on 12.

Leg spinner Yasir Shah made the crucial breakthrough of Liam Livingstone on 38. Meanwhile, Wiese took the wicket of Mohammad Rizwan on 2 at a crucial moment, who got caught by Fakhar Zaman at short midwicket. But Iftikhar and Imad made sure there were no further hiccups as Karachi completed the chase

Earlier, Lahore Qalandars posted 133 runs at the loss of five wickets in their innings against Karachi Kings. Qalandars skipper AB de Villiers was the top-scorer for the side with 33 runs off 32 deliveries, featuring two fours and one maximum.

Gauhar Ali was sent back to pavilion on 4 by Imad Wasim, after he got caught by Mohammad Amir inside the circle.

Iftikhar Ahmed claimed the big wicket of Fakhar Zaman on 18 as Zaman tried to skip down the wicket but only managed to slice it to be caught by fielder at point. Iftikhar again made the breakthrough when he bowled Haris Sohail on 20.

Umer Khan stumped Corey Anderson on 22. Mohammad Amir claimed the all important wicket of AB de Villiers after he got caught by Umer Khan on 33.

That six off Haris was indeed majestic to watch live... it was almost unbelievable.

I thought I was the only one, but half the crowd in my pavilion were trolling Rizwan throughout the game.

Ilyas and Haris are extreme raw pace... batsmen hardly get anytime facing them in real time.

Interesting to hear that abt Ilyas, his speeds aren't on par with Musa or Rauf on the speedgun.

How quick did Summers look in comparison ?

He was sharp too but not hurrying the batsmen as much as the two of our boys I mentioned above. Probably because he likes banging the ball on the pitch whereas Haris and Ilyas are mostly fuller in lengths.
