    Anyone training on here? Thinking of getting back in to some real hardcore training inshallah. Not trained for nearly 4 years now (I blame marriage)

    Nope what makes you say that? Iv been playing football 3 times a week for the last four years to keep up my fitness. Before that I was in the gym 3/4 times a week. Iv always tried to keep on top of things but once your married and become a father you tend to find less time to do things from when your young and single!

    i think you need hardcore training mostly when you are over weight or may be a professional. a run of half an hour is enough for a slim and fit person, and as you play football as well so i dnt think so you need any.

    having said that, its not a bad thing either only if you have enough spare time.

    Nah bro the adrenaline behind some hardcore training is something else. Pushing yourself to the limit and then trying a little bit more is what it's all about!

    No mate i dnt train lol, only half an hour run n thats it. My routine is as such that i cant train, working 7 days a week.

    I can play sports for hrs but cannot keep up going to gym. Play tennis and badminton 3 to 4 times a week

    im taking things easy in the gym, my joints hurt?! going to train light for a month or two, still boxing though, but left one of the clubs i used to train at so stick to twice a week now!

    Most people have differing perspectives. Just because your not overweight dont make you healthy.
    Ive got no reason to run 4-5 km every other day but i do it because i can. I dont need to go to the gym but i do. Bruce lee put it best!

    No bro...Its good to see you! I swear to god seeing your post put a smile on my face!

    Funnily enough i just did my legs today after a year off the gym...my legs were so dead i nearly killed myself on a roundabout because i couldnt generate enough force to press the brakes. Damn that was a good work out.

    yep a few of us like you,me,CT,Lahori,Pak,Shaeeb, Devil Soul and a few others we pretty much spoke on the site everyday for 4-5yrs! it feels like being on PCZ again when i see you and CT lol

    i was measured at 6% by the calipers but i think its closer to 8%

    I've always wanted to join the gym and lift weights etc but I'm too lazy. I took a subscription to fitness first but cancelled it after a year without even going once!!

    I dont see the appeal in running though, it just seems pointless.

    Back from Pakistan now and I am determined to get back in to my routine before marriage! Due to work shift patterns I was all over the show and couldn't dedicate enough time to go to the gym. New shift patterns mean I have no excuses now. WaQaReD! expect a few questions coming your way :)

    to be honest i only use tuna in omelettes now. cheese, tuna, mushrooms, tomatoes, spring onions all in an omelette finished with black pepper and lemon juice - love it and it keeps me sane when im dieting and low on carbs.

    you can try tuna salads if thats your thing, too bland for me though.

    Saul Goodman what do you mean 1st time in awhile? have you been slacking again? lol
    i personal train a friends cousin on weekends now, quite interesting
    teach a few kids boxing too. its nice getting a bit of pocket money for something you actually enjoy. cannot stand my full time job in IT?!

    Lol its time to go into 'micky ward' mode......lately i have been feeling very lethargic. Part of the problem is finding a gym that suits my hours. Tried several gyms but have had issues. Either great opening hours but to far or crap equipment OR local with crap opening hours. Have tried working out at home but cant get into right frame of mind. So im going back to basics and joining my first gym which happens to be the only gym i enjoyed going to. Im planning to go in straight after work.

    On a side note was thinking about getting some pre workout stimulant like superpump just to wake me up.
