Afridi is such an enigma that you can compare him with every player in the world.. from Bradman to Chris Martin

And he will win most of the comparisons..

Talk about a living Legend. We are lucky to living in an Afridi Era.

Lols, where did the 1 come from?

It's clearly 5-100 to Wahab, that innings was something Bradman could dream of, that drive something Yousuf would dream off, his cut shot better than Tendulkar's, that pull better than Pointing. The class of this man

Probably gifted by SA so the dumb management of Pakistan include him in next match as well.

It is a well known fact that Tendulkar uttered the words "I can finally retire in peace now, knowing the future of batting is safe" when he saw Wahab hit one of those cut shots.

Wahab and Tanvir only got out because they have mercy on SA. Next match, they'll open and Pakistan will get 1800 runs in their 50 overs, Wahab 900 of 150, and Tanvir, 900 off 150, with a S/R of 600

Afridi is classified as a bowling all-rounder.

His main contributions being with the ball. You know... taking wickets. Not consistently going for over 6 an over.

you are one ironic individual, wahab gets 30 odd and his beghairti of giving away 40 gets forgiven!!

only a beghairat would forgive those figures

    Not quite.

Whoever loses the challenge will stop supporting the player of their choice.

I may stop supporting Afridi if he can't even outperform Wahab, but I sure as hell am not joining the Wahab Riaz fanclub as long as Albie's in that one.

Afridi gets 1 wicket per match, Riaz gets more than 1 wicket per match! By your logic, Riaz is better!

Wahab didn't play 2 games because he wasn't good enough to play those 2 games.

An economy rate of 5.14 and grand total of 0 wickets is a testament to that.

    Yaar, barre beghairat insaan ho.

At least admit that Wahab was absolutely rubbish with the ball like I admitted that Afridi played like a tail ender with the bat in this series.

All things considered, Afridi comes out on top in this series, because his contributions with the ball were more valuable to the team than Wahab's contributions with the bat.

Credit where credit is due, Wahab has improved a lot since the creation of this thread, having said that, Afridi just keeps on showing why he is such a valuable player.
