Alhamdulillah, Test series is taking place in Pakistan and full edition of PSL is about to start, but this means another big challenge before providing adequate security - "activities for Intl player in Pakistan". You cant boxed them in their rooms and take them from hotel to stadiums, back and forth without any recreational and other fun outdoor activities during their stay. So in your opinion, what activities PCB can find for them during their stay in Pakistan? Discuss !!!

He said PK was a beautiful country with no drinking culture hence one reason why most Western countries fail to visit to play cricket. The 2009 attack on the Lankan team gave them ammunition not to play for the next 50 years but in reality it is not a favourite place to attend for western cricketers. For the other countries there is so much to offer in terms of recreational activities but this is the Real PCB so don't expect anything but presidential security and indoor chess.
What is there in Karachi for them to see? Beach? lol, they already come from an Island. They did visit the mall in Islamabad- so perhaps take them to local shopping and handicraft markets, a museum may be or a visit to Mazaar-e-Qaid, and perhaps try some local cuisine and street food (Dahi Bhalla, sugar cane juice, Biryani, Nihaari, naan, desi bbq chicken etc) at the end of day five, so the travel diarrhea and loose motions do not effect their game.
now that tourism is taking off, if they feel that its 100% safe enough, they should arrange for an excursion to the north - by all accounts it will be a once in a life time type of trip. Other than that, history, culture, monuments, history, and of course, food. Maybe arrange for an exhibitions the very Brest of crafts and produce to buy from. Those are the strengths of the country, so thats what I reckon they should concentrate on.
Maybe once Bahria Town Karachi is fully developed than players are be taken for "Night Safari", "Bowling", "Theme Park", "Golf course" along with places like various restaurants on Karachi beach. Maybe arrange some heavy bike rides on beach road of Karachi or in Bahari Town.
why dont they take them to see sight seeing, local zoo, safari (if available), amusement parks etc. there is so much to do in any city. Stop taking them to Malls. You get the same product anywhere in the world.
