Who do you think Pakistan next best player is going to be? It can be Aamer again because he might play cricket in a few years. Umar Gul, Shahid Afridi, Misbah Ul Haq, Wahab Riaz and Aizaz Cheema, these are the players i think are not going to be any useful in future.
Saeed Ajmal, Hammad Azam, Mohammad Aamer, Mohammad Hafeez, Imran Hafeez and Imran Farhat are the players who are going to be legends in future.

I would say Junaid Khan. That guy has some talent. He has all the potential of being the next 'big' thing.

Waq, didn't take it long then, having just mentioned that there are already a few legends going around the circuit even before they've stepped out on Intl. stage.

Zia-ul-Haq, Babar Azam, Umar Waheed are all very highly rated youngsters and I'm sure they will go on to big things if they continue to work hard.

Umar Akmal can be Pakistan's next big thing as it was touted out to be at one stage back when he made his international debut but really still hasn't lived up to the expectations despite showing some promise at times. Needs to get his head down and start developing into a proper batsman and no doubt he can be one of them up there to be called Pakistan's next big thing.

Hammad Azam has some potential again, needs loads of developing still and hardwork and has everything to make him one. Along with Umar Amin who I think can be Pakistan's long term No.4 in test cricket and perhaps in ODI's aswell.

Umar Amin was also considered to be Pakistan's next big thing by many not so long ago. Has not sparkled to expectations but remains of the more classy batsmen in the domestic circuit.

Only Umar Akmal and Muhammad Aamir had a great chance of becoming Legends, both of them messed it up in one way or other.

    Indeed he was.

He's gone off the radar and hasn't been doing so well domestically as for that his average has come down a few notches but he's got age on his side but needs to get it together to cut it again on the international circuit. A couple of more seasons and we should see him I'd reckon!

I hope so but I firmly believe that Wasim Akrams coaching and guidance helped Amir become a real deal.

Lets see if Wasim is available for Zia as well.

There are a few young players who will be the next big thing with the likes of ahmed shehzad and umar akmal. But at the moment there are two players who i think will make a huge inpact on world cricket.... One is zia ul-haq and the other is rameez raja jnr.
